Craig is an absolutely AMAZING inspector. I have used him several times and have always been impressed by his innate attention to detail. He is compulsively thorough. He provides a detailed report with many pictures and descriptions. He is professional and very nice. On the down side, he can be a realtor's nightmare as he WILL disclose the areas of the home that need improvement. He also points out the strengths of the home. He is a previous contractor, I believe, and he is very knowledgeable about the many components that make up a house and the property around it. He even knew the environmental hazards of particular neighborhoods (i.e. radon gas in North Portland). His work ethic and comprehensiveness go unmatched. For $375 we got a 3.5 hour inspection on a 912 square foot house and a very detailed report to boot!

THIS IS THE 4TH TIME I'VE USED NORWEST HOMES FOR APPRAISALS. I HAVE HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE AND WOULD RECOMMEND WORKING WITH EACH OF THEM, FROM THE OFFICE MANAGER TO THE APPRAISER. THEY WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT!
