I highly recommend Marco and Moon Construction for the quality and thoroughness of work and product. I have had Marco work for me several times over the last 15 years at 2 different properties and because I trust him and the quality of work he performs, I wouldn't think of looking for anyone else to help me with painting, roofing, remodeling or repairs. This time, Marco painted our house and we also contracted with him to clean moss and debris off of our roof. Marco works very hard and was quick to alert us to other problems we had that we were unaware of. Marco is very professional and his work product is outstanding. I would not hesitate to choose Marco over any other Portland-based, northwest Oregon/southwest Washington company for interior/exterior painting, roofing, repairs and maintenance.

Marco Miguel, the owner of Moon Construction, was recommended to me by my trusted plumber. I needed a big chunk of sheet rock repaired on my ceiling after a major plumbing issue, in addition to several areas of drywall that I struggled to patch properly myself. Marco responded promptly to my inquiry and arrived exactly at the time he said he would to complete a free estimate, which he emailed me later that day. He was able to complete all of the repairs in a timely fashion as well, and drove from Molalla and back for the job. His rates are more than reasonable and he did an outstanding job. He even cleaned up after himself, leaving my house in better shape than when he found it! He is also an outstanding communicator. I am so happy I went with Moon Construction and will definitely use them again!

This is a review for indoor painting work done for us by Moon Construction We did a partial remodel of our house, following up on mold remediation that we had to do, and then wound up painting the whole house for what I thought was a very reasonable price. I’m so glad we did and we are very happy with the results! Marco and his crew do top notch work. He did a beautiful job with the painting and his prep work is excellent. We had cracks all over our walls and ceilings (the house is almost 100 years old) and Marco made them look new. He is meticulous with caulking and filling holes and even taking off doors to sand if they don’t fit right. The final product is such a joy and it’s great to be back in our home and able to look around and enjoy the paint job. Highly recommended!

I needed to do a full renovation of a house, which included a new roof, back deck, windows, bedroom floors, and interior/exterior paint. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets needed to be refurbished, and the ceilings and walls needed to be repaired and retextured throughout the house. Moon Construction was able to all of this and more in 6 weeks, despite numerous weather challenges. The quality was great. Marco worked with me to identify other repairs needed, and was very patient and flexible with my renovation lender. I highly recommend.

We cannot say enough good things about Marco as a person and his work as a professional. We hired him to paint our exterior before selling our home, and he was thorough and precise. His team worked very hard to complete our project in the time he had predicted. His prices are fair and appropriate for the amazing job he does and the care that he takes to do it. Marco and his team exceeded all my expectations and delivered a very high quality job with professionalism and exceptionalism. Even after painting the body of my outbuilding with a paint that was satin rather than velvet, Marco pointed out the paint store's error in providing the wrong paint finish and then without complaint, repainted the entire outbuilding with the correct finish. Additionally, Marco discovered significant wood rot around a large window frame and replaced the wood and house siding in addition to the full paint job. Every crack and seam was sealed and protected prior to the house and outbuilding being repainted. Marco's detail oriented work produced an exceptional result. I couldn't be happier with the job Marco and his team did for me. To top it all off, Marco is extremely hard working, honest, trustworthy and always has a good attitude. Marco is the best, in every way. We have a large deck and the winter storms destroyed it the top boards. Marco gave me a fair cost estimate, stuck to it, and completed the work in 3 days. He was here early every morning, worked tirelessly until early evening, and kept me apprised of any new work that should be performed in the process. He was punctual, competent, good-natured, always communicative, and just a most trustworthy and pleasant professional. I really lucked out in finding him! I hope to have him back to do some additional work.

Their work is excellent in every respect. They are (1) very dependable (meaning they do what they say on time and on budget), (2) very skilled (the work is uniformly excellent), and (3) fairly priced. We would not hesitate to give Marco our keys and say "call us when you are finished", fully confident that we would return to an excellent product - - in fact, we just did that and with expected result. They caulked the old wainscoted ceiling, sanded, stained, repainted, and finished the floors, painted cabinets, shelves, barn wood siding, and everything looks absolutely pristine and brand new, which is quite an accomplishment for this old house and kitchen.
