Merrill electric was great to work with. They communicated promptly through email, provided a reasonable quote, and showed up when they said they would. The work took less than two hours to complete.

These guys are truly amazing. They came out to assess the issue one day and a few days later came out to repair. The tech that came was Tony, and I gotta say I was apprehensive at first as he’s very young, however he is one smart kid. Very knowledgeable and professional. Although a little slow to respond to messages at times, Merril Electric usually responded to phone calls promptly. We hired them to install an outlet about 5 feet above an existing one and added in a conduit for passing wires easily behind the wall. The electrician was quick and did not do any damage to the existing drywall. We'd definitely hire them again for future electrical needs.

Power not working in two rooms of home. Shawn got them working and we put a light bulb in ceiling light and it sparked. He fixed that also. On his way out. We ask him a question and he answered that also. P.S. we give him A+ and $175.00

Good. The electrician did not have a mask when she came to the door so luckily I had extra and brought her one. Wouldn't have been super comfortable if neither of us had any or one to spare. I feel like Merrill should mandate masks be worn when going into homes during this pandemic.

had a 50's fusebox that had a worn out fusable switch with no replacement parts available so electrician wired a separate modern switch

Sean of Merrill Electric installed an outdoor electrical outlet so that I could use it as an power for my travel trailer. The install went well, except that the GFCI breaker kept tripping. Sean came back out to access the situation and determined it was not the installation but the pigtail for the trailer. He short he took time to troubleshoot and a solution, which included upgrading the circuit breaker. Great customer experience. Will definitely use again.

Fantastic! CPE I called and they responded immediately. Jeremy Baxter, the owner/ operator responded to my request. He came on Saturday morning spent 1/2 hour to 45 minutes gave me an evaluation and told me that what I required was more costly than it was worth. His professionalism honesty and responsiveness were remarkable. I would hire him in a nanosecond if anything occurred in the future. A real professional.

Great experience! The company was immediately responsive when I contacted them. I had a somewhat urgent (but not emergent) repair issue and they were able to send someone out the same day. Hourly rate was on the higher end, but not outrageous, and given the service, it was well earned. Would definitely use this company again.
