+ 5 moreI can’t say enough nice things about Donivon and his crew. They are friendly, efficient, and they take pride in their work. They were at my house for several months and they were always respectful of the property, cleaning up after themselves every day. On more than one occasion something happened that was unrelated to our contract (the basement started leaking) and Donivon came over immediately to help - on a weekend, no less! My husband was injured recently and needed a hand rail Installed to get up the two stairs to our house. I called Donivon and it was done that day. We had a lot of work done and the total bid was substantial, but Donivon provided a cost breakdown for each item (siding, deck, doors, etc.), and the cost for each element was very reasonable for the work involved. More importantly to me, he has high standards and is committed to “make it right.” This is a contractor you can trust.

Our bathrooms came out beautifully, and at an extremely fair price. I highly recommend this talented company.

+ -1 moreThe work was wood repairs to a condominium complex of 18 units. McCord worked with the association Board to pinpoint the repairs needed. McCord did an excellent job of making all the repairs, discovered a few that were not really needed, and also made some minor repairs that were discovered upon more inspection. Their staff and crew were a delight to work with. The work was complete quickly and efficiently.
Description of Work: McCord Const. did repairs to siding, soffits, and fascia boards that had dry rot, and installed two new metal doors.
