Excellent!

McCarthy did a great job on our kitchen cabinets. They completed the cabinets on time and fixed any issues that arose, such as drawers sticking. The cabinets were built with paint grade wood and then painted. Our contractor claimed that he had a difficult time getting McCarthy to respond, but we had no problem once we started contacting McCarthy directly versus using our contractor. The cabinets are sturdy and able to hold all of the heavy plates we have. We couldn't be happier with the quality and price. I am not sure why the other reviewers had bad experiences because our cabinets are solid quality.

Very bad experience. The cabinets looked beautiful. However, they were so badly constructed and so badly installed that if we had put anything at all heavy in them (such as a stack of dishes) they would have fallen down on our heads. Extremely dangerous situation. Fortunately we discovered it before getting killed. We ended up making a list of 20-25 other significant problems with the interior construction and installation. Plus, they left a mess after the installation. We had to hire someone to rebuild and reinstall the cabinets. We ended up deducting what we paid this other person from the amt we paid McCarthy. We're still wrangling over it with them. We're usually pretty happy customers.
