No service was performed. Jeff came to my house and assessed situation and we just went in a different direction.

Change orders were 40% of the contract price. Quality of work is inferior, poor workmanship, after 6 months had to do numerous repairs, did not honor the 2-year warranty. Ceiling has cracks in it, spindles on deck fell out, the deck wasn't sealed, did not finish painting the exterior of house, what was painted began chipping in the summer. Windows are out of alignment. Skylight is off center in ceiling. Damage to existing fixtures, did not repair or replace. Gave us 5 day notice that we had to move out during construction after we were told we would hanve to move out and then had to pay top rent for a house he owned. Master Buildiers owner insisted that he worked in inclement weather all the time, but that winter was extremely wet, but he continued to work on our project, over staffing with construction workers which led to many change orders due to water issues that he didn't know how to deal with and was sited by the City of Gresham. Had numerous complaints from our neighbors due to the noise and fights that went on late into the night amongs his workers. Overall a very unprofessional company that doesn't keep their word, has poor craftmanship and doesn't stand behind their work.
