+ -1 moreI needed gutters, saw Fidel and crew doing work on another housec so I stopped and got his number. I had to call a few times to get him to come by and give an estimate. That should have been a clue. He did finally. Told me in two weeks... sometime during that week but not exact date. I messaged him a couple more times to pinpoint what date. Finally he said 'probably' Friday. Thursday I messaged to confirm. He text me back 11:30pm (yes at night) and said not showing and to find someone else, he's under the weather and my job is to small. Now after 30 days start to finish, I'm starting from scratch. What a way to treat a customer.

+ -1 moreFidel spent a lot of time with me during the initial free consultation, talking through options. I'm a newbie so it was helpful to have time to ask questions and understand what sort of custom treatment my home would require with drainage into dirt vs. concrete vs existing sewer pipes. We found some rotten roof during the build process, which he fixed for an additional cost. Felt like his team worked very quickly and with care.

Description of Work: Replaced a section of gutter, put a new gutter on a covered porch and attached the gutter to a rain barrel. |Cleaned all existing gutters and placed screening over all gutters except the section where it was not possible to attach screening (roof on porch is suntuff and his screening is not designed to work with that type of covering). |Fidel responded to our request within 24 hours and was prompt. When he was going to be late, he called. |The men working for him were polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It was a relatively small job but it was scheduled and done within 24 hours of accepting the estimate.

+ -1 moreHe showed up for work on the day he planned. He performed the work in two separate days as the gutters were different types. He came by promptly in December and gave me a written bid with 3 options which I requested. He was not a high pressure sales guy, just listened to what I wanted, and gave me what I asked for. I will definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Fidel and his crew replaced a 30' run of gutters over my garage. He also replaced a 60' run on my barn and added another 30' run on the back of my shop. He removed the old gutters and replaced with new. Two different styles of gutters.

+ 1 moreMr. Bobadilla and his assistant cleaned the debris from the gutter, which entailed removing a section of the screen that covers the gutter, which he trimmed before replacing it. This has solved the problem of the water running off there, which had been a problem for a couple of years. He knows his business and worked very efficiently and quickly. I will call them next spring for cleaning. He had been referred by All Around Gutter, who I had called after getting an Angie's List recommendation. They don't do this particular type of roof maintenance. It was disappointing that the cleaning I had Homemasters do on June 13th hadn't taken care of this problem.
Description of Work: Cleaned debris from a front intersection of the gutter, where it had been running off into a flower bed instead of continuing onto the gutter's drain.
