Description of Work: Jose installed a french drain and dry well to fix flooding in my basement. That was in 2010 and it is 2 years later. I haven't had any problems. He was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable I just recommended him to a friend that has a drainage issue.

Description of Work: Installed drains to allow better drainage. Dug trenches and installed drain pipes. He also removed existing pavers and installed drain pipes and reinstalled pavers.

+ -1 moreJose did exceptional work. He first performed a thorough review of the issues and pointed out practical solutions to fixing all the problems. He performed the work on time and within our agreed upon budget. He is very professional and took the time to carefully explain his recommendations. He even did some extra work without charging because he felt it was the right thing that needed to be done. I would highly recommend him to others.
Description of Work: I had a couple of cracks in the foundation of my house that needed to be repaired. In addition, the roof rain drainage needed to be diverted. Finally, the deck structure and house supports were in need of additional strengthening.

Called to let me know he would be late for the initial estimate, arrived exactly on time for the revised time, and submitted the lowest bid with the most thoughtful and thorough plan for dealing with the problem. Started work promptly, did careful, complete and quality work, cleaned up thoroughly. Professional throughout. I'd recommend him without reservation.
Description of Work: I had some water leakage into the basement. Jose installed a French drain that ran from the back corner of the house, under the lawn, and down a slope in the front of the house. The system included a dry well under the lawn to catch the water. The whole system was perhaps 50 feet long.
