I called to get an estimate on or about 4th of Oct, hoping to get this lined up early and avoid a last min struggle to get the lights up before the Holidays. Jordan came out to my house where I met him there to review what I wanted done. We discussed the differences between C-7 and C-9 lighting and he showed me a basic cost per foot for both. The next week Oct 10, I received an email with some information copy and pasted from the web showing me the difference between the 7-9 bulbs which was not really requested but it did provide a ready representation for my wife. I responded on the 14th requesting an estimate for using c-7's and ETA for doing the job. Not receiving a response I sent a request again on Oct. 20th asking for information/estimate. On Oct 24 I called and got voice mail, left message and sent an email asking if he was still interested in doing the job. On Nov 4, I left yet another phone message and email with a reply by or cancel date of the 7th. I also informed him that his lack of response was going to influence my Angie's list rating. On the 11th of Nov still not having heard anything via phone or email I sent an email to cancel any plans to perform the work. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason.

I was very pleased with their professionalism and promptness in getting back to me and getting the work done. They customized my decorations, purchased them, and hung the lights. I also set up a plan with them for years to come. All of my decorations are in a bin with them waiting for next year.

He is excellent. He cleans windows and gutters. I had moss on my roof, and he put on chemicals to kill that off before my roof was ruined. He does Christmas decorations. Anytime he's there, he does odd things for me. One time, he trimmed a tree that was going up on the roof. He fixed a broken sprinkler for me one time as well. He did that service for nothing. My windows are really high up, and he does a good job of cleaning them.
