Hoodview does a great job. Last winter when my furnace wasn't working properly, they were on it.

Brian was right on time. He had checks to make in the house and outside on the heat pump. I'm always impressed with the great care this company takes to keep my house clean. Even tho he had to go back and forth from in to out he always put his shoe covers on when he entered the house. It's the little things like that that indicates the care they took when they installed this system for me in 2013. It's running great. I'm happy to have these guys out twice a year to keep it that way.

It went very well. They were quick, efficient, and thorough. I am very satisfied. They installed a new heat pump for us last summer and a twice annual visit for maintenance was included. This was the first visit for the semi annual scheduled maintenance. They are courteous and prompt to respond.

I've been using these guys for a number of years. They replaced my furnace a few years ago when my old one died and since then I have purchased the yearly maintenance program. Basically you pay up front a little under $100 and they come back the following fall to inspect your furnace and replace filters. They always call me around September time frame to schedule the appointment. They are usually very accommodating with scheduling appointments are always very prompt. Brian is professional, prompt, quick and I've never had an issue with anything they have done for me. I would highly recommend them to others.

All work was done in a timely manner and in an efficient, professional way. The provider is a very knowledgeable heat/AC specialist. He installed the system when we bought this house in 2007 and has maintained subsequently. We have a yearly service contract which occasions two visits a year for routine inspection/service.

I would give them all "A's" across the board, they were phenomenal. I actually signed up on a biannual maintenance contract. The contract gives you discounts and puts you ahead of the list, and during the summer and when you are having an emergency and things tend to go out that is a nice feature. They are a really good company and I like them.
