Hoodview Heating Air Conditioning

Excellent. The guy was on time, he was friendly, professional, went right to work. I liked him and I thought his price was reasonable. He regularly does the maintenance and stuff on my heating and ac and he's very very good. I had used him since 2008 and he even installed my heat pump and I've been very pleased with that. One time last winter I thought I had a problem with the heat pump so I called him up and it was kind of late at night, around 10 o'clock; icy cold and snowy and he was just very very nice. He talked to me about what I thought my problem was, how the heat pump functions and that I did NOT have a problem, but if I wanted him to he would come out and look at it. i told him no, that if he knew the equipment, he didn't need to come out in that weather. He was just so nice and receptive to my call even though it was late at night and I know he's been out working all day. He seems to care about his customers and doing a good job and i'd recommend him to anybody.

We scheduled an appointment for the same day and he was able to fix it that same day too.

Brian was able to come out in a matter of a couple of hours to repair our furnace on a very cold day. He quickly repaired the issue with our furnace and explained to us what he had done. We will definitely use Hoodview Hearing in the future.

Hoodview stated if did not work they would have to replace the entire air conditioner unit for about $ 4000. 00 the Freon leak out, I have a different company fix it for about $200. 00.

Furnace repairman arrived at the designated time he did the scheduled work in a timely manner. He cleaned up after himself.

My furnace exterior now looks to be brand new instead of its 25 years and I couldn't be happier.

Brian is very professional. He respects the inside of my home. For example, he always puts covers over his shoes coming into the house. When he's checking the heat pump he is going in and out many times. Even on a nice, blue sky day like today. When someone pays such good attention to small details like that it tells me he'll be just as meticulous when working on my system. I highly recommend Hoodview Heating.

Excellent. Brian was on time, he called before arrival to say he was enroute and would be here in about 15 min. He was neatly & appropriately dressed. He went about his work and was finished in reasonable amount of time.

The process was painless. We chose American Standard and knew we wanted to replace the A/C unit (repaired too many times) and we knew the furnace was on it's last leg. Doing both together (while obviously more costly) was the most cost effective route. The men were timely and had the job done swiftly. They did have to return the next day to finish up and that was because of an unexpected additional step in the process. They bothered to put on booties when they came into the house. My husband and I had some difficulty with the new thermostat. More sophisticated than our old one! Brian came out and held our hand to walk thru it again. We now have it under control :-)
