Mr. Brian, from Hoodview Heating and Air Conditioning, was on time as usual and did a wonderful job.

Brian arrived on time as scheduled. Very professional always very thorough in his service. In the past when we did have a furnace problem Brian immediately fit us in to his schedule. Since Brian has been servicing our furnace we have never had a problem.

Brian promptly arrived even though it was a saturday. He quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem in less than an hour.

Brian Barrie of Hoodview Heating came out to service my furnace a few months back and recommended I join his prepaid maintenance service plan. It seemed like a good deal so I did so. A few months later I received notice that I was due for my prepaid Spring AC and Heating system maintenance service. I have a difficult schedule, but Brian was very accommodating and worked with me to meet my scheduling needs. As luck would have it, the day before Brian came my furnace started to leak some water. Brian was happy to take a look at what was going on, even though it became much more involved than a simple maintenance appointment. I have had this problem intermittently for three years now. I have had three other companies try to find what was wrong, and nothing has been successful. Brian was the first to open up my furnace and determine that the slope of the evaporative coil pan was not ideal and adjusted. Brian is very professional and seems very knowledgeable in his profession.

Brian arrived early but called to make sure it was okay to arrive a little early. He provided all necessary service on our air conditioner. He gave us a 1 year maintenance contract for free (It covered both furnaces & air conditioners) when we purchased both of our furnaces.

The service and its arrangement is effortless and is initiated by a mailed reminder of the need to schedule the service call. It can be arranged via the web or by telephone. Everything was handled expeditiously and within a short period of time.

I have used Brian for 3 years now. He installed my new heat pump and air cleaner 3 years ago. Brian offers a service that allows you to pay an annual cost for a twice yearly maintenance service, plus gives you priority if anything goes wrong. I think Brian is just tops when it comes to customer service. He usually answers the phone himself, or Angela who is equally as responsive. If there's any problem, he makes it a priority to be as responsive as possible -- immediately if the problem is immediate, or later if it's not an emergency but always within a day or two. I have had a couple of equipment failures (a thermostat and the coils in my air cleaner) and with Brian's 10 year equipment warranty, they were both repaired quickly at no cost to me. I highly recommend his company -- especially the personal attention and customer service offered.

Company reminds us - sets up appointment - on time with professional and friendly service. Reasonably priced with incentives to do future business with them. Will refer them to family and friends.

Brian installed my heat pump and was great I have service on it twice yearly. My furnace went out in 2009 during a cold snap. Brian had his Dad come out of retirement to work on my furnace to get me heat ASAP. THAT'S customer service! I love them!

Furnace stopped working on Saturday night. Called 3 different local Heating & A/C recommended by Angie's list on Sunday morning. Only 2 responded, but only Hoodview responded promptly. They were able to come out on Sunday and determine problem (carrier induced draft blower needed replacement), unfortunately the part had to be ordered. Hoodview was able to get part in the next day and promptly installed.

Prepaid for tune ups, they send out an appt. notice, I called; they were out the very next day. I pre-paid for service next year.

I have been doing business with this company or years and totally satisfied with their performance.

Brian came out and gave us bids. He answered all my calls when I called him. I never got an answering machine service when dealing with him. He gave us a good bid and even gave us a discount for pre-paying as well as a discount for being seniors. He arrived on time , kept in touch and was very careful not to make a mess when pulling out all the old equipment and installing the new equipment. He was able to get all the work done in less than 3 days.
