I have used Hoodview Heating Air Conditioning for almost 2 years now and they have provided consistently great work. Very professional,very friendly, and very dependable. Owner Brian Barrie installed thermostat quickly and gave me a tutorial on how to operate.

Brian was on time and very professional. He serviced both units and pointed out a potential future problem we need to be aware of.

They were nice enough to not waste my time and tell me over the phone they could not assist me. Please provide a refund now.

Brain was early, completed his tasks, asked if I any concerns about my heating or air conditioning and as always was friend and polite. Wore shoe covers inside the home.

Brian came out, on the date scheduled. I got a call to let me know that Brian was on his way. He was here on time, I was about ten minutes late, but he took it in stride. Within a few minutes he had my 18 year old thermostat replaced, programmed, and ready to go. Brian also took a look at my AC and furnace and we discussed the package that his company offers for scheduled maintenance on both. I was very pleased and felt that I got a great deal with no hassle, and the potential for further service in the future.

Brian first visited on Jan 9th. We were having problems with our furnace working intermittingly. He did his system diagnostic and cleaned the flame sensor and burners. The intermittent problem did not surface while he was here. We called Brian back when the problem resurfaced and he came out that day, listened to our needs and repaired the furnace to our complete satisfaction. We have had absolutely no problems with our furnace since. We would highly recommend Brian and he will be our first call for any future heating and/or air conditioning service.

They were very good. He put foot covers on before he came in our house. He explained what he did and was honest, in that he said he didn't see much wrong. I also thought he was professional.

We have been using them for about three years and pay them in advance to come out and do maintenance which includes checking the furnace, condensing unit, replacing the furnace filter and whatever other things are required. In additon to this service, they give priority when there is a problem - this helped us get our heater back up and running very quickly! The service is well worth it and the employees are very competent and professional. Couldn't be happier working with Hoodview.

They called up and set up an earlier appointment and were on time. They put in extra effort to get the furnace up and running the same day.

We have been using them for a long time. We pay them in advance to come out and do maintenance. They come out and check the furnace. Then they go outside and check the units outside. They replace the furnace filter and do whatever other things are required. They are excellent. We pay them yearly. The man who owns the business is very competent and is doing very well. We have paid them in advance for next year's service call.

It may have been the most efficient change of a thermostat I have ever experienced. The price was great, the service was professional and I am considering changing to Hoodview for my routine heating and AC needs.

They are extremely prompt and always call to let me know the worker is on the way. They are very careful to keep the house clean by wearing paper booties and not tracking in any dirt. Dan was on time-called a head-performed work effciently-took off shoes when entering house-left no mess-very courteous-knowledgeable.

We’ve had them every year for many years to do a fall check-up. He came and was on time. The fellow is very accommodating and he didn’t get anything on the floors. He appreciated the fact that I had moved everything from around the area so he could get in easily. He was very courteous and it didn’t take him very long at all. I thought the price was good because it was a lot better price if I had waited. You get a special rate if you do it before the 1st of December. I will definitely use them again in the future, we have for years.

The technician came on time and did a very neat and good job. The price was the same as the last year. He also put plastic cover over his shoes before entering our home. I have marked B grade for all parameters as no one is perfect.
