Great. Excellent communication and got just what was needed.

Gresham Glas was outstanding to work with. We stopped by the company to ask about replacing a window where the seal was broken. We were told as long as the window frame was is good shape, we only needed to replace the glass and not the entire window. Other providers told us we needed to replace the entire window We we set up an appointment to have the window measured as well as two other Windows that were showing signs of leaking. Bottom line, Gresham Glass was quick to work with, provided excellent service and is a company we will use in the future if needed.

I have used this provider three times now on various cars over the past several years. They are the best! Timely, quick to get you in, and, most important, do the best job of anyone I have ever used.

The insulated glass unit in the vinyl window over the sink was cracked. No need to replace the window, just the glass unit in one sash. The woman on the phone was wonderful. She was professional, polite and knowledgeable. She explained the process of ordering the unit and gave me the option of doing it myself or having it installed. Normally, I would have done it myself because it is not hard to do, but the window was partially obstructed, preventing the sash from being completely removed and laid flat for the install, so I chose the complete install option, at $120 per hour for labor. I thought the labor cost seemed high, but I am busy. I have a ton of other projects and I really didn't have time for this one. They came out & verified my measurements and came back a few days later for the install. I wasn't home when the install occurred, but understood it went very quickly (under 15 minutes). When I got home from work, I had a new window. Project completed, or so I thought. There is a line of smudges at the top of the window on the outside that I can get a step ladder and clean off later - no big deal. I got a minor cut cleaning up the counter - nothing a Bandaid didn't cure. They didn't reinstall the vinyl stops that were sitting next to the window, so I had to find a screwdriver and do that myself. While squatting on t he counter top installing the stops, I noticed there are glass shards on the patio below. As soon as it stops raining, I will have to clean those up myself. I guess for $120.00 per hour labor, I expected a neater end result.

They did a wonderful job. I had the old ones taken out and they came and measured it for a custom one. It's gorgeous. It works great. It's not leaking. They have always been very accommodating. They're very professional. They got the job done and they did it right the first time. I would definitely use them in the future.

Easy to deal with, set up, and scheduling was a snap. Some defects in mirrors were detected by Gresham Glass and situation was rectified immediately. Highly recommended.

The whole experience was very easy. Judy is very pleasant and knows her stuff! They were able to complete the job even though I supplied some incorrect info about the car. I will definately use them again!

They were actually open for business before their posted hours, and finished the work early. They gave me a lifetime warranty on workmanship and labor. They were pleasant and accommodating. The window looks like new. Good experience!

The experience was great. Gresham Glass came in much lower in bid than the other two companies I contacted, which was my initial reason for going with them. The one thing I would liked to have different is to have received the bid on the same day as the initial visit. This bid came a few days later in the mail. I am very happy with the new windows, and glad I chose Gresham Glass to do the work. They used Certainteed windows (which have proven to be great), and flush-fin installation method. The work was completed in less than two days (all but the slider was done in one day). The finished work is wonderful, and the care of plants around the house and the replacement of shutters all well done. I plan to add extra trim (which matches the house trim color) to the windows in the back as suggested by the installer. That step isn't a must, but would highlight the new windows even more. All existing window material disappeared and site cleanup was wonderful.

Waited two weeks for our appointment with an estimator to come out to our home. When the estimator did come out, he couldn't have exhibited more of an attitude of "he could have cared less". His name was Dennis I believe. He just wanted to get out, didn't care what it was we were looking for in the window replacements in our home, he had a horrible attitude, didn't want to quote what we wanted and also told us that the glass in our current windows would have to be broken and would make a horrible mess in our living room in order to be removed. The current windows company we're using said that is not the case and it certainly can be removed properly in one piece, taken outside without breaking it. Obviously this guy didn't want this work. PS. He measured the window wrong, per the quote AND the quote was outrageously high.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY ANSWERED QUESTIONS. THEY CAME IN AND DID THE JOB. THEY DID NOT OVERCHARGE AT ALL. IT WAS EXCELLENT RESPONSIVENESS.
