Arrived approximately 1 1/2 hours after initial call. Did the connecting work. Was friendly and professional.

This was a visit for an estimate. The electrician was on time (early actually), professional, and gave us good advice and recommendations for the projects. I did not have the work done yet.

They were knowledgeable and helpful. They were helpful to the point where they suggested ways I could save money by doing some of the work my self and finding the material myself. He is an individual person and his name is Jack Gallagher. He is the chief electrician and he is easy to deal with. We had some discussions on the billing and we came to an amicable agreement. I called three different companies that were on Angie’s List and one of them returned my call but didn’t keep their appointment. Jack was the only one who came out and looked at the job and gave me some pricing. The pricing was fair.

He seemed reasonable in his estimate and was trying to save me money. He was very professional. I would have chosen him, but there was a communication snafu between us, which was my fault. I had to make the decision quickly, so ended-up choosing a different company.

He was prompt, & was honest. Could have definitely changed me for additional parts, I really did not need.

They are a small company. The person who came out was really responsive in coming on short notice because we were getting carpets put in as well. He was responsive in coming and getting the initial set up with the box in, and then the carpet came in, after which he came back and finished the job. I was really happy with their work. The nice part about them is that they?ll do small jobs which a lot of electrical companies won?t do - they?ll do big jobs too. I thought that the price was probably okay but the time they charged me for was a bit high.

They did an excellent job. All of the work passed inspection so I was pleased.

I spoke with Jack regarding a breaker problem. He was helpful and very pleasant. He helped us problem solve over the phone, and we did not need for him to come out on a service call. I will call him for service in the future. We did discuss prices and scheduling; they were fair and comparable.

Very happy with quick response and the ability to schedule the next day from original call. Bob showed up when he said he would and completed the task as requested. Overall, very satisfied with experience and would recommend Gallagher to others.

He was highly recommended by a friend of mine. He came to my home on a Saturday morning to review a problem I'd been having with my electrical system. After showing him the pieces that PGE had left when they updated my main junctions, he confirmed that they had solved my problems. He did this at no charge, even though it was a Saturday.
