appliance repair
+ -1 more.Called them Monday. Writing this on Friday. Repair guy, Jason, showed up promptly, spent about 1/2 hour looking at my machine. Gave me $500 estimate, told me he had to "order part from Sacramento" and left. I waited all week for word of when the parts came in and when he would return. Called on Wednesday, got the terse brush-off from the woman, who did not identify herself. Waited. Called on Friday; Got "the parts didn't come as expected," and an even more terse "we'll call you." Not the service I expected from an "A" rated company.
Description of Work: Maytag Washing Machine repair.
