It was great and beautiful . It was very good service.

if we were to list all the details of how bad this went we would need a few pages so we will just provide some of the horrible highlights of our experience. The remodel was suppose to be only $35,000.00 and ended up costing us over $60,000.00. these guys kept coming back to us and asking for more and more money in order to complete this job. They would take our money and not provide us receipts. They had no contract agreement for us to sign and the overall quality & craftsmanship of work was not good either. After going $30,000.00 over our budget (and we did not change anything from our initial walk through) it was like pulling teeth to try to get them to come back out to fix the negligence they left behind. (there was dirty hand prints prints left on our freshly painted walls throughout the house, there was unfinished dry wall work, lighting and plumbing fixtures that were not hooked up properly, they broke our glass cook top and never paid us for a new one (we had to pay for a new one which costs us over $900.00) they did touch up work to color match our kitchen cabinets after they originally painted them and it was completely wrong and they would not come back to fix this either (we had to hire another painter to come take care of the kitchen cabinets which again cost us an additional $900.00). The overall paint work throughout the house was not to quality either- there were multiple spots where there was not enough paint on the wall and it was bleeding or flashing through and they would not come back to fix this either. Our original agreement was that they would also provide a new roof on the house outta the budget but they ended up backing out of the agreement and so we ended up having to hire a roofer ourselves- which resulted in an additional costs to us. THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, We requested that Chris refund us money after we realized there was damage that we had to pick up the tab on and he refused. Chris was very personal and punctual until he got our money then once he did he was a completely different person. NONE OF THE ITEMS THAT NEEDED CORRECTED WERE EVER TAKEN CARE OF BY THESE GUYS- ALL THE ISSUES FOUND WE HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO COME OUT AND FIX. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING. They will lie to you about what they will do, ask you for money they are not entitled to and threaten to lien your house IF YOU DON'T PAY and this will leave you to have to fight them to get their lien removed and having to hire an attorney to do so. WE RECOMMEND YOU TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE AND DO NOT LOOK FOR THESE GUYS TO DO WORK ON YOUR PLACE-OUR EXPERIENCE WAS FULL OF HEADACHES, RESISTANCE, AND A VERY FRUSTRATING AND PAINSTAKING PROCESS. THESE GUYS ARE NOT GOOD GUYS. STAY STAY AWAY.

They are awesome! They don’t nickel and dime to death, and they’ll save you money if possible. They may not be the cheapest in town, but they’re more than worth it! Their work is great, and I’d give them an A+ in every category if I could!

I had an old mossy deck to replace, make it larger (around 300 sq. ft.) and make it nice looking with beams, rock, glass panels, and pavers on top - all to be dry below for a covered eating area.
