After the initial installation there was some adjustments that were required on sprinkler heads, calibration of the water sensor and instructions on using the timer and back flow device that were completed. I called several times, left messages. When I did call and speak with the owner he promised me he would come out. After subsequent calls he ignored my calls. I made a complaint with the better business bureau, found out that his license had not been renewed and that he had never addressed the complaint with the bureau. The only thing positive that I can say is that the sprinklers do work but because the timer isn't working correctly I have to now turn them on manually. This was the worst experience that I have ever had working with a vendor, landscaper or anyone working on my home. I would not recommend this business to anyone I know because the way I was treated and the promises that were never kept.
