He was excellent, on time. he provided estimated time as 5 hours but did it in less than 2 hours, i would highly recommend them.

We have worked with Eric for many years, dealing with literally dozens of household problems. This time, as always, he was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. He brought the needed parts, which was helpful to me.

Started off very well. Seemed very organized. However 40 hours of work took him nearly 6 months to complete. I am working overseas and its been very frustrating. Often took 2-3 emails to get a response. Did not provide pictures of completed work as agreed. And just learned from housesitter that he did not dispose old mailbox or re-hang pictures after painting. My house sitter did indicate that the work he did was well done.

Eric showed up as scheduled and did the job efficiently and quickly. We'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

Excellent. Came same day fixed it and added some stuff to help prevent it coming out again.

Great! I found some used handrail for less than new and he incorporated it beautifully, lowering the price.

Eric raked off leaves and twigs that had piled up in the runnels above the back deck. He reworked the loose toilet paper holder in the master bathroom. He fixed a very annoying leaking faucet on the back deck. He diagnosed and replaced the weatherstripping around one of the doors to the deck. He also retightened the odd screws on one of the posts down to the yard from the deck. All of this he did in an hour-and-a-half. Eric is easy to work with and keeps us apprised of what he had found out on each chore and what he recommended if that was applicable. This was our second time to use his services. We hope he'll be around for quite a while!

Eric was timely in getting here. He went up on the roof, checked out the places where the three tiles had blown off and found a section off the top of the roof (I forget the term) that had also come off. That one he renailed and retarred. This is the third time we have used East Wind and continue to be very satisfied. He does what we ask of him in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. His hourly rates are reasonable.

Eric installed this ramp for us in 2008. After installation in 2008, we painted it again in 2011 ourselves. We did not do any prep work when we painted it. The ramp was in very, very bad condition. Many areas that the paint was worn down to the wood surface. Eric cleaned the gutters, hand sanded all the surfaces to very smooth, then power washed all the surfaces. Let the surface dry and came back the next day and painted it. The price was fair, though I did not get quotes, because he originally installed the ramp(and I did get quotes for the original installation) and I was very pleased with his work. He arrived at the time he quoted each day. He was very professional and answered all my questions and did everyrhing he said he would do. I would highly recommend him to my best friend, family members and anyone else looking for a handyman.

I've worked with Eric for years. He's professional, punctual, knowlegeable and does good work. He also works fast and is unfailingly polite and thoughtful. His prices are reasonable and I always know the job will be done well. He's painted, fixed things, built shelving, done electrical and small plumbing jobs and more. I highly recommend him.

Eric Moss, the handyman, worked straight through, being careful not to track dirt anywhere when he had to come inside and cleaning up after himself everywhere outside. He was friendly and gave us useful advice about some recurring maintenance we should look after annually. We were quite pleased with his service and are glad to have found a reliable handyman for the future.

Eric is very professional, polite, prompt and easy to work with. I have been very happy with his work. The biggest job he has done for me was to paint my kitchen as a few other rooms. Along with some repair of walls before painting. I am very happy with his work. I have him power wash and reseal my decks every year.
