Absolutely problem-free installations. They were punctual, professional and did exactly what I asked. No upselling. The only problem I had with them was in getting the job scheduled in the first place. Apparently the company owner was on vacation, and the response to my two phone calls was a little slow and confusing on their part. However, once scheduled, the job went off without a hitch. I will definately use this company again, and will no-doubt recomment them to others.

prompt arrival. day of work, power company required (city/county deferred) relocation of meter (approx 60' from original meter site). several options were offered and they made my idea work. original concept would have been done in a single day. this project now took additional hours the second day. initially, they were willing to accomplish the additionally required work for the original estimate price. as this bollix came from left field, i offered to split the cost of the additional materials which they were agreeable to. personnel were professional, courteous and agreeable. I had asked for an odd, additional item (SPDT, center off, 20amp switch) which he was able to locate (i could not). he took care of the permits, arranged for both inspection and power company change-over. extensive basement work with good care given to existing model 314' RxR layout that was in the way.

I used Eric's company as a result of a referral from a trusted friend. I called and work was scheduled in three days to suit my availability. Several of my fixtures were relatively simple to replace, but my entryway light is 20+ feet up in a vaulted ceiling. Cody, an employee, arrived promptly, (asked if I needed him to remove his shoes), got the old lights down, the new lights put together and installed, cleaned up all packaging and debris and was done. All the while he was personable, yet professional. I was pleased that he was careful not to bang the walls and furniture when bringing in the really tall ladders.
