+ -1 moreDan did a great job. He came in slightly underneath his estimate and in less time than we expected, which made us happy. I was shocked at how quickly he was able to get the ground level and a base built on it. Then we had to wait about 10 days for the shed I'd ordered online to be delivered. Dan was here the following day, and despite having to carry the 600+ pounds of shed parts up a steep hill all by himself, he had the shed built by lunch time and was done with the indoor tasks quickly too. Dan was extremely efficient in his work methods and I really appreciated that, although he certainly hustled, he didn't rush through things.
Description of Work: The main project we hired Dan for was to build a shed and a completely level base for it to sit on. The shed was a 7'x11' kit we'd bought at Home Depot. The key thing in all the reviews was that if the shed was built on a completely flat/level base, it wouldn't go together properly, and the place we wanted to put it was fairly steeply sloped. In addition to building the base and assembling the shed for us, Dan also replaced the weather stripping on our front and back doors and did some caulking in two bathrooms. (Essentially, since he was here anyway, I had him do the honey-do tasks that my husband hadn't been getting to.)
