At first glance it was a professional office appearance. The estimator did a great and friendly job. The following week I was contacted by the receptionist and asked to call back regarding a photo of the vehicle damage. When I called back, the requester was with another customer and someone named Cheryl answered the phone. I asked to talk with the receptionist or her voice mail. Cheryl said she doesn't have voice mail. I indicated the call back was regarding submitting a photo of the damage. When she asked me to come in during the day, I said I can't get additional time off work to do this and indicated I wanted to send her a photo. She was not listening and asked me when I could come in again. She asked a total of three times what was it I needed. I said, 'would you please have the receptionist call me and I'll speak with her directly." Cheryl became rude and curt, "FINE!" and hung up on me. I sat there thinking: Seriously?? Do you think I'm going to bring in my car to give you business and you treat customers with so little respect? Within an hour, the reception called me back. I asked for the woman's name and said she needlessly hung up on me. This gal apologized for her and I told her to cancel the appointment and ended the call with her. Then Cheryl called me at work. She said I'm so sorry, just trying to figure things out and, 'my line when dead too." Absolutely manipulative. Without a shred of honest remorse. She just wanted to cover her butt. No one deserves to be treated like this when you give them your business. Go somewhere else where they will treat you with dignity.

I am so happy with both the work and the customer service I received from Custom Touch. I called them because they did some repairs to my husband's car the previous year and those repairs looked great. At that time I wasn't the one dealing with them so I didn't realize how attentive they were. Cara, especially, from the office was very genuine and wonderful. She arranged for me to have a company they trust tow my car on a weekend. She arranged a car for me to drive during the repair process and she kept me updated. The guys in the shop did great work too. It took a little longer than we originally thought because the correct parts for a Kia had to be shipped and there was more damage internally than my insurance company had estimated. When I got my car back they said that was not the end of our contact, I could come back anytime if I found something wasn't working perfectly. I actually had to come back because my horn wasn't working and they had it fixed in about 15 minutes! Thanks for making a hard experience (the accident was my fault) a lot easier.

We were so completely impressed the with customer service and professionalism of this company. They have a sign on their counter about keeping the business local, and their guarantee of good work. Many companies do such things, these folks are walking the walk. Absolutely and positively two thumbs up!
Description of Work: My wife Susan had come home from the store with a trunk full of groceries and other items. The trunk latch of her 2004 Toyota Corolla would not open the trunk and even a key would not open it. I called our regular mechanic, but they were booked for the next day or two. They referred me to Custom Touch and gave me a phone number. I called and spoke with Scott. I explained our situation and asked how quickly they could take a look at it. He simply said "come on by", so we did. When we pulled up, Scott was waiting in the office. He went out and looked at the situation, there were no latches to pull the back seats down with so we could gain entry to the trunk. He told us that if we could wait in the office for about 20 minutes he would run the car into the shop and take a look at it. We agreed to that. 20 minutes later he came back with the car and told us that they had managed to get the seats down and got into the trunk. He said that our trunk latch was broken, but they had removed all the items from the trunk and placed them on the back seat. He told us if we came back the next day, that he could replace the latch. The total cost would be $75. We couldn't believe it. On top of all that, my wife had to work the next day at the local high school. Scott took her extra key, got the parking space number of her car, then the next morning while she was working he went over to the high school, took her car and left a free rental if she would need it in her space. He took her car back to the shop, fixed the latch and while it was there he replaced a piece of the Toyota "skirt" from around the front bumper that had been knocked off by a parking lot stopper, and that was laying on Susan's back seat. They also replaced several small screws for the skirting (a Toyota Corolla S model feature) that had come off over the years. They did not charge anything extra for any of this. They returned her car to the high school lot before she even got off work and left the key under her mat. This was our first experience with Custom Touch, but for such needs in the future it will certainly not be our last.
