+ -1 moreWe were overall pleased with their work. The tile looks great and was installed properly. There was an issue with the seam sealant that Dan used (it never dried) and when we called him to look at it (after we'd paid him) he came out promptly and fixed the problem. Ray and Dan are young and didn't display as much professionalism as others might, but we were OK with that. They were communicative and responsive to our requests. They were also very hard working and worked some very long days on our behalf. They finished the job on time and on budget, and were OK with letting us do some of the finish work, which some contractors do not like.
Description of Work: My wife and I demolished the old bathroom and laid the sub-floor. We hired Ray and Dan to do the plumbing for the shower and to tile the floor and tub surround. During the course of the job, we asked them to do some additional work which involved repair of the drywall.

+ -1 moreNo work was performed, because although I arranged and confirmed a meeting time with Mr. Rosales (his last e-mail said ''That works for me. See you on [the date and time]'') and my family arranged our schedule to make sure we'd be home to meet with him, Mr. Rosales just plain never showed up or even called to explain why he didn't show. Such behavior is extremely unprofessional and would speak strongly against trusting the company with any actual work.
Description of Work: we *were* looking to do a Master bedroom/bath remodel.
