+ 1 moreThe removal and the hose bib were done promptly and well. The people were courteous and knowledgeable. It was the concrete that I was unhappy with. It was angled poorly so that there is a puddle under the new awning when it rains enough (which is often in the fall/winter). I asked them to fix it, but the person who did the concrete was unwilling to grind down a channel for the rain water to follow. He cut two thin grooves with a saw, but they were too little. After a few attempts to get him out to fix it, I gave up.
Description of Work: In the spring of 2007, they removed an old greenhouse and the pavers it sat on, then put down new concrete for an awning that another company was to install. They also put in a new hose bib on the side of the house.

+ -1 moreInitially very polite and professional, but was unable to pull together sub contractors and get permits. Waited several months and endured many false start dates before I decided to stop pursuing the project with this contractor.
Description of Work: Was to enclose a carport. Pour concrete floor, enclose with walls, and install a garage door.
