Description of Work: David the Owner of Blue Star Construction is smart and efficient. He does his job well. |The work that was done our house is smart and looks fabulous. |Blue Star construction redid our 2nd floor decks on our Arts and crafts home. As well, as tearing down and rebuilding a deck on the back of our home. They also fixed our back fence as well as built a frame for underneath a crawl space located in the back of our home. The construction on the house took a total of 2 months and it was done in an efficient manner.

+ -1 moreDavid did an extremely professional job. He ended up needing to replace much more wood in the crawl space than initially anticipated but held to his original price. When re-doing the siding he checked in with me to ensure his work fit with my aesthetic goals and when unanticipated wood damage caused him to do additional work, he didn't nickel and dime me for change orders. David takes pride in his work, communicates well, and the finished product looks sharp. I look forward to seeing how the painting goes, but so far, all of his work has been excellent.
Description of Work: I had recently purchased a 1951 home with deteriorated siding, poorly installed windows, and beetle damage in the crawl space. David re-sided the house with hardiplank, reinstalled the windows, installed new trim, and replaced the beetle damaged sills in my crawl space. He will be repainting the house as well, though this work is not yet complete.
