I would not use or recommend them at all, and have learned a very hard lesson. I suggest everyone shop around for a hauler, don't just use what your neighbors are.
Description of Work: I use this company for my rental property pickup. They are expensive compared to other haulers, and refuse to let me out of my contract. They are unable to provide the service I want and need, but will not let me cancel my contract with them, which is ridiculous to me.

SEEMS LIKE A WELL RUN OPERATION. I'M IMPRESSED WITH HOW EFFICIENTLY, AND THOROUGHLY THE RECYCLE PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR, DO THEIR THING. THERE WAS SOME KIND OF SCREW UP IN GETTING OUR (RENTED) GARBAGE CAN DELIVERED WHEN WE STARTED THE SERVICE. YOU CAN ALSO OPT TO USE YOUR OWN, WHICH WE PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE DONE. BUT SINCE THEN, SERVICE HAS BEEN DEPENDABLE. WE NEVER SEE GARBAGE OR RECYCLING STUFF LEFT ON THE STREET AFTER THEY'VE BEEN THROUGH.
Description of Work: WEEKLY GARBAGE, RECYCLING PICKUP, AND BI-WEEKLY YARD DEBRIS PICKUP. AMOUNT PAID EQUALS THE AVERAGE MONTHLY CHARGE FOR A SMALL CAN. BILLING IS BIMONTHLY.
