These are extremely hard working people! Cliff did not try to upsell us on a wall system; as a result his bid was shockingly low. He dealt with the water coming in at the cold joint by installing a drain around the interior perimeter of our basement and the basement has been dry ever since. They filled the trench with concrete and smoothed it enough that it won’t be noticeable under carpet. If you are fussy about the floor being perfectly smooth (as I admittedly am), you might ask them to slightly under fill the trench and have it floated later by a concrete specialist. It will still be cheaper than the big-name places.

he sounded knowledgeable and polite. But I wondered why he did not examine our crawlspace.he said he would have an estimate that day or the next morning.a week later, we received his emailed quote.I just did not like the fact that he never went down into the crawlspace.so a few days later,I called him and asked why he did not go down there and he said he did.I said he did not.he said he diagnosed the problem from the entryway opening.(doctor,diagnosis?) he volunteered to come back after five o'clock that same day. I said "great,thankyou" he never called or showed up.methinks he did not like being told what to do.

It went very well. He designed a specific plan to meet my needs and went right to work to execute those plans. Cliff is very smart and knows the drainage and waterproofing business very well. I knew right away he has been doing this for a long time. Everything went very well throughout the whole job. He finished on the proposed date and I am very satisfied. Thank you again Cliff.
