I called Glen because I had noticed some fresh and quot;saw dustand quot; along our house foundation, and was afraid we were being invaded by carpenter ants. Glen answered my call immediately and we scheduled an inspections for the next day. He arrived at the scheduled time exactly on the dot. He inspected the area I was most concerned about and pointed out some small holes in the siding that I had not noticed previously. and quot;Not carpenter antsand quot; he said, but and quot;carpenter beesand quot; and not a serious problem. He continued to inspect our property and found some evidence of minor infestations of carpenter ants. Glen suggested treating the perimeter of the foundation of our house, retaining walls and planters, but not until next spring. To do so now, he said, would endanger other beneficial species, especially the honey bees from my neighbors hive just over out fence. I agreed to give him a call next May to arrange the perimeter spray. He assured me that he would use the safest materials and would provide us with the information on any chemicals before he actually applied them. Glen was very helpful, full of good advice and didn't try to pressure me into buying something I didn't need. I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. I called him because of the good reviews on Angie's List and was not disappointed. I definitely will use his services next spring.

Her name is Debbie, and she was awesome. She was prompt, throughout, and professional. The ants were gone within two days. She sprayed outside and inside. She explained what the process would be like and followed exactly what she said, and the ants were gone just like she said they would. I am happy. The price was reasonable. I got her referral from a friend who had used her for ants and for bees, and she was very impressed by her. I would use her again in the future.
