Steve Trickel, the owner of 4Gen Electric took a $500 deposit for work he never performed and refused to issue a refund after failing to get a simple RV hookup connection approved. Along the way, Steve was hostile, dismissive, and arrogant. Please stay away from them, there's so many other reputable electricians out there!

Company never called back.

This guy is great! The biggest reason for saying that is because the motion light, once installed, appeared it may still have the same problem. I agreed to 'wait and see' and if still not working properly, Steve would be returning to see what could be done. After one day, I called Steve (who, by the way, picks up his phone right away!) to tell him I still was having the problem. This is what really impressed me: on his own time, on his own dime, Steve had researched online! He came up with a possible 15 things that could be the problem. He asked me a few questions over the phone to rule out some. And then he suggested that the bulbs themselves were possible culprits. I readily agreed I'd go to Home Depot to replace them and Steve gave me 4 specifics (one of which was to reduce the wattage) these new bulbs would need to meet. And then he repeated these same specifics to make sure I had the right info. Can you guess the rest?? We got the bulbs, took out the old, put in the new and, Voila!! I couldn't have been happier! I'm recommending Steve Trickel, for sure!
