Description of Work: This last appointment is one of several I have had with Terry at TC Gutters. I originally chose him based on neighborhood recommendations to replace a rusting rain gutter. He did that quickly and competently. While on the roof, he discovered the roof jacks were shot, explained what they are and what had happened to them and told me what would be involved in replacing them. He did, just as he promised. He has since been back twice for roof leaks and to reinforce the metal roof on the barn. Each time - on time, on price, well done.

+ -1 moreI was very satisfied. The new gutter looks great. On his second trip he removed the water logged parts of the roof and installed new plywood and shingles as well as flashing and the exhaust pipe covers. He also found a place where the rain gutter on the front of the house didn't meet the edge of the roof. He added more flashing to correct that problem. I think I'm ready for rainy weather if it ever arrives. He worked quickly and quietly. He showed me the deteriorated parts and described the problems and how he planned to fix them to my satisfaction before beginning work.
Description of Work: I initially contacted Terry of TC Gutters to install a new rain gutter along the back side of my house. The old one was rusted and had leaks. While doing the installation Terry discovered that rain water had been leaking into the house through an worn-out cover on the exhaust pipe for the kitchen sink. He then found that all 4 exhaust covers were worn out. Also in his examination he found there was no flashing along the sides of the roof. He bought the needed parts and came back to make the repairs.
