He came a day earlier than promised; did not need new gutters didn't try to upsell me. Cleaned my gutters out made some repairs. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism.

Terry stopped by on a Sunday to assess the job. he was able to give me expert advice on the type of gutters best for my project and not even the most expensive!! he gave me great advice to have the fascia painted before installation, was willing to wait on the weather and the painter to get finished. He stayed in touch with me via text during the 5 weeks trying to find a window for the painter to complete, and give the project time to dry. when he did start, he was very efficient, planning out the install, and minimizing waste. He was thoughtful, and asked me about the down spouts for around the gate and where i would want and not want the water dispersal around the house, and what my future plans were for for those areas. This is what i expect from a professional. This is the value of an expert.
