We were recommended to Sprinkler Pros by a friend to address a potential leak in our system which was causing loss of water pressure so our lawn was dying! We received an appointment for the day after we called! David Dean was the technician that called prior to arrival! David was very thorough with his analysis! He tested the pressure and then began searching for the leak, which he found in the backyard. He dug it up and fixed it as quickly as possible! He provided us with his analysis for a future upgrade of our system to address! We were pleased with the fix for our problem and it worth the money paid!

Mediocre at best. Our neighbor had work done by them and raved about them. So we used them to convert our yard to maintenance free - decorative rock, flagstone, large pavers, artificial turf. REALLY screwed up the artificial turf. To Duane's credit, he rebated half of the re-installation done by Turf-N-Oregon (if you want artificial turf done RIGHT, call them). Found out later, they didn't lay the plastic weed barrier in an area where they said they would. Patio grouting bubbled up after two weeks and needs to be redone (I'm getting someone else to do it).Had to constantly watch and hound them to follow and fulfill the line items on the contract. Won't use them again. Do yourself a favor and go with The Grounds Guys

Technician was very prompt, professional, and courteous. Broken rotors were replaced and tested. While evaluating the new rotors, technician found that there was a large leak in another irrigation circuit and proceeded to repair that. All in all, it was a thorough visit and I would hire again.

Excellent! During the visit, the technician did a general inspection of other sprinkler zones and found and repaired a major leak (joint between two segments of pipe separated).

He was terrific. We even found a new leak we didn't know about and he fixed that as well. We have hard clay soil so it really took some effort and he did everything with a sense of humor and a smile.

We had a very large project for them and we are very pleased with their work. Their landscape work exceeded our expectations despite some complications and challenges related to our landscape design. In addition, Sprinkler Pro was very responsive, answering text messages and phone messages promptly. They also worked hard finishing the project in a time frame that I considered exceptional. They were also sensitive and attentive to making sure things like sidewalks and driveways were cleaned after each day of work and power washed the entire concrete areas at the end of the project. Finally, we found all the staff to be pleasant and easy to work with and they made exceptional efforts to accommodate changes and ideas. It did help to have a landscape plan to work with. We had a landscape architect design the landscape before the landscape project was started. Duane is the owner and we really liked working with him.

This team of professionals did an AMAZING job of fixing the issues that we were having with our old drainage system. Duane worked with me to find a plan and system that would meet my needs and fit my budget. I had several bids done for this job. He was the most professional and personable contractor by far! He gave a very fair price. The work was done on schedule with minimal disruption to my family and neighbors. They had it done so quickly! His team of employees were polite and courteous. I was very pleased with this entire transaction. In the end, I now have a system that is working beyond what I had hoped for! All of my flooding issues are resolved (thank the Lord!), and the work looks beautiful, too! Sprinkler Pros actually enhanced my landscape while fixing my issues....I was pleasantly surprised! Part of this project was subsidized by a 3rd party payer. Duane was awesome at providing the information that they needed to allow for a seamless transaction.

The quote appointment was rescheduled twice. On the third date a quote was given with a specific amount of money with very specific details on the work to be done. The appointment to do the work was rescheduled once due to employees not showing up to work. When an employee made it to my house, he called me as I was on my way home from work to meet him that he will not do the job for the price quoted by his boss. The boss called me and told me his employee is a whiner and did not want to do the job without help and wanted to reschedule yet again. I declined his services and I had taken off work 3 times with nothing to show for it. Others seem to have had a positive experience with this company, but all I experienced was disorganization and unprofessionalism. Too bad, the quote was low. I guess you get what you pay for.

Responded the day i called, made appt for 3 days later. Arrived on time fixed system in short order better then it was originally. Found why pressure was so pitiful, something last company couldn't find.

This company did an excellent job, said when they would be there to start our project and kept their word. He has some of the most experienced workers around. They did a professional job and worked their butts off - their work ethic was incredible.

Showed up promptly to give estimate for the work to be done. Owner (I think) and apprentice did a rather thorough walk-around to determine the scope of the work. I felt they were quite competent and professional as they walked me through what was needed. An estimate for $215-$250 was (verbally) agreed to and they indicated they could get the work done then and there. I was happily surprised with their immediate availability and gave them the go-ahead. They were here about an hour and a half. The rate for both gentlemen was $105/hour ... a little on the high side to my mind, but, again, they were very professional and I was grateful that the problems could be fixed that very day. Unfortunately, when they finished up, I was presented with a bill for $373.50 ... significantly more than the estimate. I protested the increase in price but was merely told the broken valve took longer than expected to fix. At that point, I didn't feel I really had a leg to stand on so I paid the bill. In hindsight, since I know I timed how long they were here working (11 am - 12:30 pm ... emphasis on working, rather than walking around to build an estimate), I believe they charged me for the extra time involved in putting together an estimate. Sprinkler Pros did quality work and I give them credit where credit is due. My only caveat to anyone considering hiring them is to get a firm estimate in writing before hiring them.

The area that was landscaped in front of the house looked great, at first, then the plants started dying. My neighbor came over and he discovered that the drip lines to the plants were installed incorrectly and no water was coming through the lines. I called Duane, he did send a couple of guys back out and they were to correct the installation, and also replaced a couple of plants that died. Another couple of weeks passed and a couple more plants died, I found that there was no drip line to one of them and a nursery told us that the other plant that died should never be in the direct sun where it had been planted. I would give this area of work a C, The area that I wanted as a lawn is my nightmare, Duane assured me that it would look great, I was told by another landscaper that it would not turn out as expected. First of all, he didn't spray to kill the weeds prior to doing the work, which I didn't understand, he had two guys spend a day working on it. This is what they did, took a weed whacker to cut weeds, pulled a small roller behind the mini bobcat they use to fill in the low spots, and then raked out some of the cut weeds and rocks. That was all the prep for the area before seeding and applying topsoil. No sprinklers were installed anywhere they were already there, used existing timers. You can imagine what my "lawn" looks like. It is 90percent broadleaf weeds and crabgrass, I have spoken to Duane a couple of times about how unhappy I was with my lawn, he says I'll take care of it, but he never does. He charged me $4000. Dollars to do this area. I have had other landscapers tell me that not spraying to kill the weeds first was the first mistake, and at that price they could have installed sod. I have spent many hours myself working on this area trying to kill the weeds, applying more topsoil and two bags of seed trying to fill in the bare spots. I am upset that I spent that much money for basically nothing. In short, Duane is a great salesman, very personable and knowledgeable and has great ideas, but that doesn't transfer into the quality of work that is done. He told me himself that they are so busy he doesn't have enough people to do the work, I feel that's why once he had my money "it's see you later" and out the door. I would not use him again or recommend him.

Didn't get a return call. Not even a courtesy call. Work was not performed.

Went well, quick response to call, fast execution of tasks. This was in contrast to previous landscaper who was not available for three weeks and is not as well reviewed as Sprinkler Pros.

He came by within 3 days of my initial contact to assess the problem. Due to his workload he wasn't able to do the valve replacement until 2 weeks after the initial visit. He was very prompt. He also capped some sprinklers that we weren't using any longer. Everything is working great and I'd hire him to work for us again. He will be our go to irrigation system person from now on.

They came on time, they did what they said they would do, and it looks good. One of the rare things in the area that we live, is that contractors don't call you back. They are not responsive, but he called right away, and he said he would be here. On his second visit, we were expecting him to come and do some things for the project to get started, and he was not able to be here on time, but he kept calling us to inform us that he would be here. He was very professional, very communicative, and so far, I am very happy with them. It looks beautiful. Another thing that is hard to get people in this area to do, is to give you a detailed breakdown of what everything is going to cost. The tractor driver snagged our fence, and it wasn't bad, but he tried to hide it, but I saw him do it. I showed it to the owner when he came to check it, and then he said he would do. They did good for the most part, and the snag in the fence was not like he tore it out, and they said they would take care of it. I think they are a little expensive, but given how hard it is to get contractors to respond, and he gave us options with costs.

They were timely and they did a good job. The wall is beautiful. We just had some communication problems but I think that we resolved those. I also did not have to wait a long time for them.

It went fine. He gave me a fair quote for the replacement of my front lawn.

They were very professional and the men who did the work were helpful in explaining stuff (I always want to know how something works or why it's done a certain way) They gave me good ideas for future plantings also.

uane Guerin redesigned and planted part of our landscaping with new plants and boulders. He also designed and installed hard wired landscape lights and boulders in another area. Duane's design and estimate came in considerably lower than his competitor. They were able to start right away, and completed the work in two days. He and his crew are very hard working and fast.
