It was a God moment. I called, they were in area and came right over. There were a couple of issues Joel saw right away and the job was done within an hour and a half of the phone call. They were professional and did the job right. Very polite workers. I would recommend them for sure.

Wonderfully!! Fast,friendly,helpful plus great price! Rate them 5 stars! Put back my pumphouse & left no mess for me to clean up as has usually been my experience whenever I've had to hire someone. I was apprehensive at first since I had used & trusted North Valley Pump & found he had sold to Rogue Valley but I was pleasantly surprised that they are top notch as the previous owners.

Wow! What great service. We have a Resort, our tank was leaking, our guest had NO water. Rogue Valley Pump was TERRIFIC. They fixed our problem immediately and at fair price. Prompt, courteous and honest. It was a very hot day and the service tech worked quickly and efficiently and made sure everything was working before he left. He had to do some unexpected work at the well pump and repaired a part that there also. We have had good water flow and pressure ever since. Very relieved that he was able to fix our problem.

Called Technician on very hot dry day as the well pump was sputtering if we used more than one faucet. He checked it and we decided that since the pump was 30+ yrs old, to wait for it to die on it's own which took another few days. We agreed to a 15 gpm pump as the cost was considerably less than 5 gpm pump, according to tech. Also had a shutoff valve installed so pump wouldn't run dry if water level dropped below pump during use during late summer. They did a fine job of pulling old galvanized pipe and installing new pvc piping, the weather was extremely hot at the time, then the new pump and shutoff. The cost was reasonable and service excellent. We were without water and they showed up the day we called.

They were excellent. We had really little water pressure, we couldn’t figure it out, so we called them, and they came out with their pump. Our pump was fifty years old and they told us that we needed a new one. The new one they put in cleared out the problems and now we have really good water pressure. They were here in a flash and gone in a flash and everything was fabulous. It was just $85 for that. They were absolutely great. They are one of the better companies up here that get here, when they tell me they are going to be here, unlike a lot of companies here who keep rescheduling the job and are laid back. However, Rogue Valley Pump Service LLC is not like that.

With them.......... always smoothly, and fair priced.

Felt the over all price was very fair (price included coliform bacteria test and top 30 mineral test. which they dropped of at the lab, results will be mailed and Emailed). We would highly recommend RVPS to anyone looking for this kind of work.

I hardly knew he was here. I was gone when he came, and he left the bill where I asked him to. Would have liked to have asked him how the old filter looked when he took it out and if the old Ultraviolet light was still working when he took it out (just to see the reliability of the bulb).
