Bob was our repairman. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained everything I asked in regards to the problems with our gas range. He's the type of repairman you want servicing your appliances!

Be prepared to ask "Bob" to wear a face mask if that is important to you.

I gave them a good rating for Customer Service because they responded quickly to my request, came out promptly, and Bob was a nice man. Other than that, waste of my $60 for the service charge when he told me that my $2,500 Kenmore Elite refrigerator could not be repaired and I needed to buy a new one . FYI - it s less than 3 years old! Had Sears our yesterday - they replaced the Compressor, and guess what - it s now working again.

They completed the job ok. I dont think they had the correct equipment (shop vac) nor did they cleanup the lint mess they cleaned out of our lint trap.

After having a discussion with Bob before giving him the bid on the job, I was very impressed with his professionalism and work ethic. We had our gutters cleaned, repaired and moss removed on several roofs on our property. We were very happy with their hard work and the cleanup. I would hire them again.

Bob responded quickly to my inquiry, was here the same day, and was back to fix our dryer as soon as the part was available. I happened to mention a problem with our heat pump and hired him to fix that as well. I will be calling Bob again the next time we need repairs.
