Description of Work: Had appointment for estimate set for particular day, confirmed day before. Did not hear from after 6 days. When I called to ask about it he said he would look at his paperwork and to call him back ten minutes later. Did so exactly ten minutes later and the following morning. No answer, just voice mail. Left messages, no return calls. Whole exterior of house & detached garage needing paint. Guess he has too much work. Good for him. Extremely unprofessional

Description of Work: First of all let me say I am sorry it has taken me a year to get to this review... I completely forgot to do it. |Rick and his incredible sons Jason and Justin painted the exterior of our large 2 story cedar home that is very tall and has tons of windows- the house was way overdue for painting and had blackened in some areas and Rick was great with helping us decide what to use for the best coverage. I couldn't find the color I wanted in the brand that was recommended and researched options and they used what I chose without argument. They also painted 2 smaller outbuildings to match. |I have to say I have never been so pleased with someone I have hired to perform a service at my home. From the initial phone call, to getting the estimate, having the work done in a timely manner before the rains set in, these guys are A+++ all the way. They are so personable and friendly that by the time they left they felt like family. I have 4 dogs and they were so patient with them needing to go out and even put up with their begging for a bite of their lunches! |They power washed the house first, masked/taped/tarped everything to protect it and sprayed on the paint and then back rolled everything for better coverage. When they finished, everything was cleaned up and restored to it's original condition. |If you are looking for a painter, look no further... your search should stop here, you will not find anyone better!! When I get to painting the interior of my house, I will definitely be calling them to do it!!

Description of Work: Painted exterior of home. Good caulking and sealing of areas agreed upon, some overspray leaving drips on screens and plants, thus preventing "A" on quality. Good quality paint (Miller Acrylic.) Crew punctual and effective at communication. Good clean up (except as noted.)

Description of Work: I really enjoyed working with this team. They were kind, personable and thorough. There was a bit of a rush on the front end when they moved my dates up without much notice and I didn't feel like I had time to get my property ready, but they came in and just took care of everything, which was reassuring. All in all, a pleasure to work with and a high quality service. I recommend them.
