+ -1 moreBeing from out of the area, we had no knowledge of real estate agents when we needed to sell my aunt's house. We hired Violet on the recommendation of the manager of the motel we stay at when visiting my aunt in Grants Pass. We sure got lucky. Violet made sure the sale process was easy every step of the way. She was very patient with my elderly mother when it came time to sign the many papers required to list a house for sale. She kept us informed when the house was shown. Violet was very easy to work with. Professional, prompt and personable, If we ever need any real estate services in the area again, Violet will be the first person we call.
Description of Work: We had to sell my aunt's house in Grants Pass because she moved to a nursing care facility. Violet assisted us with setting a fair asking price, then promoted the house and showed it to potential buyers. She did all of the paperwork involved with the sale and explained what it was all for. She then negotiated with the buyer's agent for a successful sale.
