Quinn's Pump Service & Supply LLC

Quinn's has been out to service our water system twice. Once was to install a Simple Pump, and the second time, today, was to replace a captive-air water storage tank. The tech was here on time, friendly, courteous, and the dogs liked him! This is a long time local family owned, operated and staffed business. There are plenty of shade tree expert pump repairman out there, but when I have a problem, I know Quinn's will pick up the phone.

Problems all the way thru. We’re told the system should last years without a problem, it’s been 13 months and the system went bad, could not get a satisfactory answer to why. It was going to cost us around 2000.00 to replace one tank and we’re going to have to wait days on shipping. Did some research and another company charges us half the price and replaced it the next day and said it should last 8 to 10 years. There complete system was thousands cheaper than what we were charged. Very unhappy customer. Lesson learned

I had been dealing with a different company for a month. After several non-call backs, I called Quinns Well Service. They were out within a few hours to quote my on replacing my pump. I was given a reasonable estimate during this visit. I ended up calling back later that day to schedule a time they could return to do the work. My call was promptly handled with a time given that fit my schedule. During the day of the service, the crew showed up on time and quickly started work. When it was all done they finished an hour early and $200 under the quote. Fantastic service that I would highly recommend.

We were running out of water when watering our landscape. We also had low water pressure. I used Angieslist and called Quinn. He told me, he could come out tomorrow afternoon. He called the next day to tell me they could not make it and would have to come the next morning. I waited the next morning before going to work. I called to find out when they were coming . Once again they told me they were running late and were coming later that day. So I went to work late. Someone finally got here around noon. I believe they were doing their best to get our house. The other jobs before ours just to longer than the expected. He did a great job and we are happy. We would still recommend them. We still believe the service was very good and it only took 2 days to get to my house.

I was really comfortable with all the Quinn's folks. They were prompt, friendly, full of helpful information, and helped me make good decisions on the pump system that would suit my needs. My opinion on the price is not an educated one -- I did not shop around, and just trusted that they were giving me a good price.

The service was fine. The problem they charge full list for everything.

I didn't really compair, I would say they are fair. They done work for us in the past. And from word of mouth they seem to be the most honest.

I called the main number. They contacted a service rep. I was expecting a call within an hour. I got one a half hour later with a promise to be at our house in 20 minutes. He was here in that amount of time or shorter. We just purchased the house, it had been "winterized" (we had no clue what that meant or how to "de-winterize" it) and it has a holding tank for water. The tank had not been used for several months, so we were a little curious about the quality. The service rep advised us how to check for impurities and who to send a water sample to. He also advised us about an old well and how to dispose of it. We received detailed isntructions on how to "de-winterize" the system. I made a call back and asked additional guidance and it was given without hesitation.
