Gary Jantzer refuses to act honorably. We did nothing wrong, and have been dragged into this unwillingly and a builder that obviously doesn't care about anything but profit. We now have a sign on our porch and in back on our garage advising people to talk to us about our experience with Northridge Homes. We stick to facts, dates which we recorded diligently.......I would hate to see this happen again to another home owner.
Description of Work: We bought a home from Northridge a year ago. Northridge sold the lot directly next door which was fine BUT painted it the same shade of green as our home. Obviously no checks and balances within their system, no good builder would ever allow this to happen. Gary Jantzer owner of Northridge Homes argued from the first minute we called to object to a "condo" look in our newer neighborhood. He will not paint the newest home a different color, refuses to paint our home unless we pay for the paint. They admitted they made a mistake, new home owners would not change color BUT we could pay more money to fix their mistake. Totally lacking any form of solid Customer Service. Take the money and run and dump customer satisfaction.
