MR ED'S ADVANCED SEPTIC LLC

We had a tight timeline once DEQ determined we needed a new septic system. When I called, Les was knowledgeable, familiar with our area (soil content), we discussed DEQ specifications and scheduled an appointment. Les was on time, professional, patient and informative when answering our questions and explaining what/how he would install the septic to DEQ specifications, coordinate work with our existing contractor and within our timeline. If you want a professional who will follow-up, respect you, your time and project, Les at Mr. Ed's Advanced Septic is the guy to call. Ultimately, our three bids were within $500.00 of each other and we decided to use our contractor's septic contractor for continuity of our overall project.

He was quick, charged a very fair price, and was there the day after we called. He gave us some very helpful advice, and offered to set up a reminder for when we would be due again, something I appreciate since I always forget and then panic about how long it's been.

Les gave us good advice over the phone. He returned our calls promptly and we plan on using him if we purchase the property. we were so confident in his advice we referd him to our Mother.

Ed and Les did a great job and were very thourough. This all happend over the Thanksgiving Holiday and they were sensitive to family plans. When changes and/or additions had to be made we were always consulted and were allowed to be involved in the process. We were walked through the site several times and then again when finished. Clean up was proffesional and when a neighbor complained about some mud in the driveway caused by the trucks driving back and forth during the job, they came back and fixed it up with no additional charge.
