Chris Mitchell and his crew were excellent in all respects. Absolutely no complaints or faults with either the products supplied or the installation. Very professional. Extremely courteous and accommodating. Replaced wood (outdoor) trim with PVC (no rot) and matched existing trim color. Great service, great crew!

Chris and crew were outstanding. While the wait time was quite long, it was well worth it. I had 14 windows and a patio slider replaced with Milgard (Tuscany) series. Chris and Tim worked with me to replace the outer window casement trim/molding with PVC at my request (no rotting!) and did a top-notch job. Matt was particularly attentive to details and everyone was very courteous, professional and took great care both inside and outside of my home. While I take note of one reviewer's dissatisfaction with the strong focus on Milgard, I allowed myself to be talked into Milgard even though I explored other brands. It is my belief that the skill of the installers are just as (if not more) important than the brand and I am delighted with the end result on all counts. Yes others were cheaper but the "cheap" can turn out to be an expensive mess. I cannot recommend Mitchell's highly enough ... excellent work ethic, value and professionalism. Bonus points for Tim who provided the info and paperwork for Oregon Energy Trust rebate!

The experience was excellent! Very professional, did exactly what they were supposed to do. They were prompt!

Mitchell's technicians did a fantastic job. They were here when they said they would be and totally worked around our schedule. At the end of the work day they cleaned up after themselves and again at the end of the project. Originally they estimated a 3 day project but as things progressed they saw that it could be finished in 2 so they brought an extra helper out to speed the process. All in all a great company and I will recommend them to anyone looking for window replacement. Chris Mitchell also took us through the process of applying for our rebate from the Energy Trust of Oregon. An unexpected estra service.

They were extremely helpful. Helped me through the final design and decision process. Very knowledgeable and straight-forward. Good to work with. I ended up with a great product at a reasonable price. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Chris provided a timely written estimate for replacing all household windows with Milgard vinyl windows. Additionally, he provided a full explanation of how they remove old windows and install replacements, including replacement of all trim, inside and outside calking once windows are installed, and follow-up service if a problem occurs. He was very professional, and the only contractor who provided a written estimate with precise details of what we were ordering. Additionally, he was the only contractor who even mentioned a rebate from the Energy Trust of Oregon, a sizable rebate that brought the total price down considerably. The installation went very smoothly and on schedule, and the result is beautiful vinyl windows that will definitely save energy costs for years to come.

Chris is very professional and his workers are great at their job. His prices are good. Once he got the custom made windows in his shop the install went nicely. My ONLY complaint is that he is so busy that it takes so long to get him here to bid the job. then 2 weeks for the windows to be built. After all the waiting his guys get here and professionally install the beautiful new windows. If you can stand the wait Mitchell is the ONLY business to call for windows an/or doors.

Did a fantastic job in a difficult situation. Gave the most info in the bidding process (I had 3 bids) really knows his windows! The installation crew was great, very professional, had to problem solve on the spot and did a fabulous job. Cleaned up all the debris. Would highly recommend this company.

I CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE ON WINDOWS AND I TOLD THE GUY (CAN'T REMEMBER HIS NAME) STRAIGHT UP THAT I DID NOT WANT MILGARD BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO EXPENSIVE AND MY MOM HAD PUT THEM IN HER HOME AND I DID NOT LIKE THEM. AND I ALSO DID NOT WANT JELD WEN BECAUSE I USE CONSUMER REPORTS AS ONE OF MY TOOLS BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING AND JELD WEN DIDN'T SCORE WELL PLUS OTHER INFORMATION I HAD RECEIVED. THE GUY PROCEEDED TO GET VERY DEFENSIVE OVER MILGARD LIKE HE WAS PART OF THE MILGARD FAMILY! AND WOULD NOT HEAR OF ANY OTHER BRAND I WAS INTERESTED IN. HE JUST WANTED TO ARGUE AND I FINALLY SAID I NEEDED TO GET OFF THE PHONE. HE WAS VERY ARROGANT TO SAY THE LEAST!

We had a lot of revisions and adjustments to our windows, as they were custom designed. We met with him twice in our home, once to measure and plan a design, then again just before we finalized out order to remeasure and review. We went to his showroom twice to see product and finalize our order. We also emailed frequently to make sure everything was correct. We placed our order, paid our 50% deposit and our doors and windows were delivered right on schedule. Everything was as expected. We are very pleased with our results.

Waited longer then I expected for the window to be installed, however the two men who did the installation were the tops. Very detail oriented. They were also mindful of the plants under the window.

I am working with them right now. The quote was $1400. They haven't started worked yet.

OUTSTANDING. QUALITY, PROFESSIONAL, TIMELY, AND RESPONSIVE. Chris is top-notch general contractor who is job conscientious, worked with insurance adjuster, and started right away in austere weather conditions. He did this while I was out of State and over the phone. Not one piece of debris or dirt left around or inside the house. You can't go wrong with this guy. He sends you pictures of the damage, his on-going repairs, and the finished job. He communicates constantly via email and text messages, leaving no doubts in your mind what his progress is and completion target is.
