+ -1 moreThe entire process was flawless. Michael did everything for me. I am a single woman who doesn't know all that much about home inspections or if things are right with the electrical panel or not, , Michael is a broker and a contractor. He explained ex everything that was going on, and emailed detailed, complete reports on each stage of the process. Escrow closes in less than two months with less than $2,500 in closing costs. I'm pretty darn thrilled. The house is perfect. Michael even arranged for me to meet the former owners and have a wait through and learn all the details that ones house can have (like will you get frozen if someone turns water on when you are in the shower? No :)) and my new house has a ton of flora a fauna so it was a super nice gesture. Also the former owners introduced me to the neighbors. I highly recommend Michael Masters. He knows what he's doing and he gets the job done without messing around and listens to your needs. Great job Michael.
Description of Work: I'm the buyer. Michael did everything!!! From hauling me around through houses I swore I wanted (styles of houses I thought I loved) to houses in areas of town that I thought I wanted to live in. I lived out of state and needed to move closer to my mother who lives near Grants Pass. Michael took my elderly mother around to several houses for me on occasions to see if I would like them. When I came into town unexpectedly he arranged for me to see homes that had just came on the market and ultimately found THE ONE.
