Description of Work: We ordered 3 Emtek mortise entry lock sets from them for doors we were having custom made. They had a very competitive price on these sets. After placing the order online, I received an email from the company confirming the order. Since we were going out of town for a few days, I called to make sure they would not be delivering in our absence. I spoke to the owner who assured me that it would be a week as he had to place the order with Emtek. We received another email alerting us that they were on there way. They promptly arrived within a couple weeks of ordering, exactly as promised.
