He was great a hero for the plumber work and recognized it was not to code he saved me and my house the inspector made the plumber pull it all out and do it right because if Rick his work was perfect he showed up on time and knows the proper way to install his price was great and he is very nice and cool he is calm that helps !!!

Excellent work by Justin who needed to start from the wood studs and prepare and install our shower with 12” x 24” ceramic porcelain tiles. He did an exceptional job and took extra care to ensure it was done correctly.

JNP Construction and Rick Bradshaw are my go to contractors for all our projects. This has included a fully remodeled master bath, Guest bath and kitchen. He handles each project challenge with his customary extreme knowledge and coordination with all subs and the county. Every new construction related problem, Rick is my first call.

JNP did an excellent job turning an existing bedroom into this beautiful bathroom. We had to work around the rules that apply to homes listed with National Parks Historical Landmarks. So we couldn't move the windows. The floor was sloping and needed to be leveled and JNP accomplished this by using a wood wedge system and plywood to reduce weight as the structure is pre 1910, brilliant!! They built two closet spaces and added a 3X5' shower pan and beautiful tile work. We wanted to keep it close to period correct as the house was built in 1888. We had zero problems passing every city permit inspection. We love our new bathroom! Thank you, JNP

Rick and team did an excellent job remodeling our home, full demo to the studs, complete change in floor plan layout, new wiring and plumbing, HVAC, drywall, insulation, cabinets, counter tops and paint. Rick has good relations with his subs, and was able to keep on schedule during the pandemic.

I asked for the cost he measured and after figuring out , he told me he would fix the floor and install the carpet, I was to pick out the carptet and pay for it, he would pick it up and install it. He agreed to start the next tuesday. Tuesday came and I got a call that he would be here wensday. Wendsday came and he said he would be here thursday. Thursday came and he didn't want to come until the next week. Without going into more details about my plans, he finially finished fri at noon.. Will, his $600.00 amount he said he would charge, I got a bill for $1,054.04, almost double of what he quoted me. I am a sr. on SSI He is taking advange of me. I don't think anyone can believe him !!!!
