Great mini-split installation.

I called Indoor Air Man and they were incredibly responsive and were able to get me on the calendar and taken care of in a very timely manner. I hired them to remove insulation from the attic and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

They replaced the entire heating/ac system including ductwork, which had never been properly installed. They were prompt, efficient, neat, and pleasant we are very pleased.

Vent cleaning .

Daniel and Armando did an excellent job installing our unit and replacing our 39 year old heating and air conditioner! They were friendly and knowledgeable and we were impressed by their professionalism. We also were pleased that they were here on time? That is a real plus!

The owner is awesome. He saved us $4,000 with info He didn't have to tell us they filled out all the paperwork to get this discount. I didn'ty have to do anythingd. This company went beyond giving us info to save us money. So ofcourse we used them to replace our heat pump. I recomment AirMan for any heat pump or ductwork jobs. They even cleaned my dryer vent. What company does that? Phil is a great down to earth Grandpa and i recommend his company and rate his 5++++ stars.

Vic was very knowledgeable, and not only cleaned and inspected our heat pump, but also took the time to educate me about it.

Was told by the workers, they would return on Monday to make sure all was good, but no one came or called to check.

My husband and I went through a bit of a time with a mini-split A/C and heating unit we had installed back in August 2022. The unit cooled well but it ran loudly and would surge very high then back down for no reason. We started using the heater in Dec. when it was getting cold at night and immediately began having problems, always shutting off and going to the codes. The owner of Indoor Airman, Jeff, immediately sent Vic to check it out. To shorten this review, we will say that after several trips out to Williams and unable to get the unit to work properly, Indoor Airman replaced it with a new unit and motherboard and ità ¢à  à  s been working beautifully! We apparently got a à ¢à  à  lemonà ¢à  à  unit which was NOT any fault of Indoor Airman. We canà ¢à  à  t say enough good things about how this was handled, and how professional and kind every employee was who came to our home. We highly recommend this company for your heating and A/C needs. Thank you to everyone at Indoor Airman, Jeff, Dan Nash, Vic, Danny (installer) and your helper. Also Mark and Valarie, you all rock!!

Company gave quote quickly. Workers came on time. Owner checked progress and did the inspection. Overall a great experience.

I really like this company! The crew was prompt, efficient, and easy to work with during the installation process. We are truly satisfied and impressed with the results! Everyone I have talked to from the office staff to the crew and even the owner is professional and friendly. I can say they are truly dedicated to the customer because we had a misunderstanding but the owner made it right the same day! Itâ s not very often I can say I respect an organization and the way they do business but this company and its staff have earned my appreciation and future business. We even have another project scheduled for next week!!

Same day response for heating problem. Vic diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned the next morning to install it. These guys are great!

We decided on a large 4-coil whole house system, and the largest unit started to make a loud noise after about 4 days. Definitely sounds like a fan- motor bearing. This is obviously NOT the fault of the company, and they are installing a new coil tomorrow. My only suggestion for improvement would be a little better communication as to their findings and their eta on remediation. However, I understand that with COVID they are understaffed and are having a very hard time recruiting. All in all, a very good company to do business with.

Great install. Quick, professional and done right. Got estimate same day and installed next day in middle of December.

Indoor Airman responded as quickly as possible to my request for repair and came to my home that morning. He was thorough and explained exactly what was wrong with my HVAC. He was eager to answer any questions. He charged a reasonable price too!! I highly recommend Indoor Airman.

I wish we had discussed the option of having 2-smaller units. I have to take some responsibility for not asking.

Great service, and great attitude! He found the problem and did everything he needed to do and recommended on improvements and replacements. Waited an extra day because he had an emergency the other day he was suppose to come but worth it. Better late than never. Great job !

Remember on a big project always get 3 bids just to keep them honest. I was lucky as Big Gil sent Little Gil, 30 minute later had my AC running great replacing bad capacitor with a shot of gas. As a retired tradesmen (electricians) I know good people when I see them. Big & Little Gil are top pros and I felt lucky and a whole lot cooler getting them in such short notice. I gave Indoor Air Man 3.5 star rating (value for money) only because I don't know, all the rest where 5 stars.

Danny, Tony, and Jeff (owner) were all very nice, professional, educated in their equipment & installation, and very efficient. My whole system went down on the hottest day of the year, and they were installing a whole new one the next day! After a slight miscommunication, Gil completed the work and the heat pump works great. Nice guy, too!

He taped and sealed all the leaks in the furnace and vents. He also adjusted each vent properly. He was very thorough.
