The finished product is beautiful, the work quality is great. Along the way, we had issues with Hagerman himself, in that his son drew up the plan for the house. Before we signed the contract, we made changes to it, they never would update the contract plans, so the site plans didn't include the changes that we requested, and were included in the contract. We had a lot of problems along the way. One major thing was, in the bathroom, we were going from fiberglass tub to cultured marble, just by accident he told us on the phone that they were putting the fiber glass tub today, and my husband asked him what tub. He said that the tub in the bathroom, and my husband told him that it was supposed to be a cultured marble tub. He said he didn't know about that. We had these kinds of problems along the way, because the original plans were not updated. We were in California, and our house is in Oregon, so we came up here, and this was our house to begin with, so it was fully furnished, and it had personal possessions in it. He didn't know we would be coming, and the house was completely open. There were no doors or seals on it, and their tools were on our carpet, and completely open to anybody or animals. We came up 3 different times and it was like that. We had other little arguments along the way, but we are happy with the end result.

Randy pretty well keeps all of his subcontractors here when they are supposed to be. The house was done in a great time. One thing that I was impressed with was that all of my corners were done correctly. He staff or contractors is all licensed in what they do. They all own their own companies. They used to work for Randy. He told them to go into their own business and get more work. He has been in the building business for like 30 years. His price is extremely reasonable. His quality of work is outstanding.
