+ -1 moreExtra Mile painted my personal home so I called them for a bid on an investment property I purchased. They gave me an excellent bid to paint the exterior and interior. I had to coordinate with plumbers, electricians and dry-wall people. They were very accommodating. They had a lot of prep work to do on the outside of the house with some brick fencing that was painted and had ivy growing on it that needed to be removed. They did a really excellent job. The interior was difficult working with the dry wall guy and there were other improvements going on and they just worked around everything and did an excellent job. Mr. Phillips has a great crew, I just gave them the keys and they did the job. They also restored the garage floor that was pretty messy. They painted/stained wood that looked pretty worn on a deck around a water pond. Highly recommend this company, excellent job, excellent price.

Description of Work: they painted my house garage and pump house. they had to cut back a wisteria vine and remove and replace a sun setter awning. they also powerwashed the house
