This was the third time that we have used Eric's tree service and this was by far the largest job. They showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up all the tree mess better than I even imagined it could be and they finished the job on schedule.

Three day job, removed all debris, excellent clean up

They were prompt, did the job carefully, performed as requested, and left the site tidy. I've used this service three times and would call them again. I recommend them highly.

He was prompt in coming out and giving us an estimate; which was lower than the other estimates we got. He was prompt and personable. We chose him not only for the lower bid; but because HE was the one who was going to do the work. He checked out all the utilities with the city and within a couple of days he was cutting our tree down. He and his co-worker were fast and very efficient. They did a wonderful job of taking our fence down and putting it back. You would not tell it had been touched. They had a huge grinder on a truck and fed the limbs through it on the spot. They raked up the debris and swept the sidewalks. They did a very neat, clean job. I would hire them back again if needed.

Professional, quick response... ultimately decided to postpone service for now but will definitely re-contact company if we decide to go through with the tree removal in the future

We have used Eric's Tree Service for several years. Each experience went as planned. Each crew that has been here was knowledgeable, professional and left the area clean. Happy to add this review!

Eric's crew did a very good job of dropping the trees safely without any damage. The large tree was cut and pieces roped to the ground while working in a very confined area. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The only downside was that we had to hire another company to grind the stumps as Eric's isn't equipped for that work, but it was relatively inexpensive to do so.

The service provider is knowledgeable and helpful. I have had them work for me twice. Each time they trimmed a huge sycamore tree in my back yard, and the first time they trimmed a tree that was leaning over the creek that runs on one side of my property. It is not possible to get a truck into my back yard, so this involves climbing in the trees. Work and cleanup were done well. Half way through the tree trimming, servicemen arrived to install satellite television antenna, and needed a huge branch cut off the tree that was being trimmed - a branch not included in the estimate. The provider had his crew remove it for a nominal extra fee. I intend to have Eric's crew back soon to trim another tree on the creek bank. These are difficult because, like the back yard, it is impossible to work from a lift on a truck.
