Description of Work: We had a Mitsubishi Mr Slim put in by a different company and it was not inserted properly. We did not want the owner of the company back on the property. We called Comfort control and The rep from CC showed us what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. He explained that it would cost several hundreds of dollars and that the original installer should be held responsible for the reinstallation.
