Brad Fox Roofing

My old garage and shop roof was leaking and I needed the damage in the garage repaired from leaks and a new roof installed. Brad Fox was responsive and while busy was able to squeeze the job in within a week and a half. I also had mold in the garage wall and wall board and insulation which he agreed to repair as part of the project. His crew was fast and efficient and finished the job in two days, removing 3 layers of old roofing and taking it away. There was a lot of intricate flashing needed because of the old construction method used and vertical skylight windows that were on the shop roof. The garage/ shop building is about 22 X 22 with a lot of angles. After completion he said he would come back and put in new drywall when it had completely dried out and the mold treated. He came back and finished it when needed a couple of weeks later as promised. His people did a great job. He also recommended Swan'ys gutters whom I called and contracted with. He did a great job as well. Total for roof and repairs was $3800.

From the tear-off of the existing home roof to the new patio roof they built, they performed the work in a professional manner. They were considerate and worked with me on any concerns that I had, such as making sure my back gate was shut (to keep my dogs from running). I watched as Brad instructed his workers, he was right there the whole time, making sure the mess was cleaned each day and at the end. His crew was respectful and as I watched them work, I felt that I was getting a lot of value for my $$.
