If you are looking for disappointment and regrets then this is the contractor for you. Because that is what you will receive. I hired this outfit to terrace my yard and install garden area and steps. I sent them a drawing of what I wanted with detailed instructions of what I needed. They sent me a picture of the steps that they would install. Work was started. Cement retaining wall blocks were used. I asked in the instructions that the garden boxes be 50" wide, 24" for a walkway 26" for garden area. Apparently Jack in his wisdom decides I only need 45". There went the walkway I needed. There are two block walls. The top wall at one end leans noticeable more than the bottom wall. The so-called compost is littered with gravel and I don't mean just a few rocks. Who in the heck adds gravel to their compost. I didn't notice how much rock until I watered it. These are things that I can work around and deal with. What I can't work with is exceptional lousy craftsmanship that I was saddled with on the stairs. Before they started work they sent me a picture of what the stairs would look like. What I paid for is definitely not what I was saddled with. A five year old could have did a better job. The steps are wider at the top than the bottom, they curve drastically to the left. The top step in the middle is over two feet to the left of the middle of the bottom step. And there is absolutely no pattern to these steps, just haphazardly placed. When I can afford it I will hire a decent contractor to remove this eyesore and reinstall them in a professional manner. If you want to see with your own eyes what an extremely terrible job this fly by night outfit did come look at the stairs. They probably assume if they ignore a problem long enough it will go away. If you are looking for someone to do a little more than mow your grass, move on.

The workers are great and friendly, but the management is absolutely frustrating. The refused to answer repeated calls, had to chase down a maintenence crew and have them call into their boss to get management to return calls and still no answer. They came to take pictures and failed to do the work or call to explain that they couldn't do it. After waiting for days and repeated unreturned calls and messages I had to hire another company to perform the work to meet deadlines.

The job took six days to complete as scheduled and the landscaping crew did a great job and were very polite and easy to deal with.

Arrived on schedule. Very helpful in analyzing current sprinkler problems. Explained what I should do to improve the lawn system. This inspection was done as part of a house purchase evaluation. I will definitely hire this company when the purchase is complete.
